- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- dash of oil/butter
- Bring water to a boil in a pot with a lid.
- Put on a low heat and simmer rice for 8 minutes.
- Turn off heat, and wait 6 minutes before removing lid.
- Fry rice in pan until no longer fluffy, mixing in the eggs.
- Add frozen peas, continue to cook until thawed.
